OTP Problem? Can't Login?

Can't see your OTP in your email? 


What to do now


  • Check spam/junk folder: Look for the OTP email in these folders. 


  • Search all email folders: Use the search function to locate the email from My Speaking Score or search for "Your OTP"


  • Disable filters temporarily: Turn off strict filters to ensure the OTP email isn't redirected elsewhere. 




Why OTP Emails Go Missing


  • Spam filters: Strict filters can divert OTP emails to the spam or junk folder. 


  • Delivery delays: Occasionally, emails, including OTPs, can experience delays in delivery. 


  • Folder organization: Check other folders like Promotions or Updates where OTPs might be sorted automatically.

Preventative Measures: 


  • Whitelist senders: Add trusted email addresses (including OTP providers) to your email client's whitelist or contacts.


  • Double-check details: Ensure the correct email address is provided when requesting an OTP.


  • Regularly check spam folders: Review the spam/junk folder periodically, even when not expecting an OTP.
