I'm a teacher: how do I use credits with my students?

You can see the credit balance of each of your students on your Roster page.

How do I give students credits from my teacher dashboard?

You need to be connected with a student before you can give that student credits.

How do students receive credits?

When you give credits to students from your Roster, the number of credits you send are deducted from your credit balance. Students are notified by email that you have sent them credits. Those credits are added to their account immediately.

You need to have enough credits in your account to send.

Can I get credits back after I give them?

No. Once you give students credits, they are gone. If you think we made a mistake or have been a victim of a scam, contact us and we'll help you.

How do I know if my students use the credits I send them?

You can keep an eye on your students' credit balances on the Roster page of your teacher account.
