How do I use credits with my students?

See the credit balance of each student you are connected to in the My Students block in your dashboard.

You can give any student any number of credits at any time, providing you have enough credits in your account.		You are not limited by the credit system. You can customize the student experience. For example, you can offer your students “unlimited reports” or 4 free tests with score estimates, etc.

How do I give students credits from my teacher dashboard?

You need to be connected with a student before you can give that student credits.

How do students receive credits?

When you give students credits to students in the My Students list in your dashboard, the number of credits you send are deducted from your credit balance. Students are notified by email that you have sent them a "gift" and the credits are added to their account immediately.

You need to have enough credits in your account to send.

Can I get credits back after I give them?

No. Once you give students credits, they are gone. If you think we made a mistake or have been a victim of a scam, contact us and we'll help you.

How do I know if my students use the credits I send them?

You can keep an eye on your students' credit balances in the My Students section of your teacher dashboard.
